It was reported that more than 100 Chinese consumers have filed an official complaint against Hewlett-Packard Co over faulty laptop computers, leaving the door open for a lawsuit against the U.S. technology company.

Jiang Suhua, a lawyer at Yingke Law Firm in Beijing, stated that the complaint boils down to the video cards that were overheated and caused the laptop to malfunction. He said that around 170 Chinese sent the complaint on Friday to the country’s quality control watchdog agency, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

The imitation iPads are the product of Chinese tech…

Although, there is a question on the amount of heat NVIDIA’s cards generate, both in terms of the cards’ health, as well as that of the system itself. If you do not mind the risk, you will find a great high-end gaming deal in this configuration.

To help manage the graphics cards’ heat, Velocity Micro installed a custom-mounted fan that spans over the top of them, providing additional…
