ICD is a well known France based PC manufacturer who is presenting their latest computing machine as part of their 2010 releases. We have seen several versions of touchscreen tablets but today, ICD is introducing us their own version of this kind of rig which they call as ICD Vega.
The ICD Vega is an interesting touchscreen tablet which they have designed with a whopping 15.6 inch touchscreen display screen that yields 1366 x 768 pixel resolution. Unlike most of the tablets we have nowadays, this ICD Vega is powered by NVIDIA Tegra processor and runs a Google Android 2.0 operating system instead of an Intel processor and Windows 7 OS. Equipped with 512MB of RAM and microSD card slot for storage, this tablet is also provided with other features including a 1.3 megapixel webcam, Bluetooth, built-in accelerometer, 3G, Wi-Fi, USB ports, digital microphones, and magnetic dock.
ICD has not yet revealed the official pricing and release dates of their Vega Touchscreen Tablet but they are scheduled to launch this by 2010.
