It is powered by a Pentium 4 processor and boasts of more system memory, more drive space and a DVD burner. It has a Vista Home Premium OS.

The Micro Electronics PowerSpec V300 has a simple black chassis which can hold all the minimum requirements for Windows Vista Home Premium. This includes a 3-GHz Pentium 4 processor, 1 GB memory, a DVD burner, 169 GB hard drive, and Intel’s DX9-compatible GM950 integrated graphics. There’s an extra space for additional hard drives and for one more system memory DIMM as well as two PCI slots.
