As everyone has expected, the high-end manufacturer, Digital Storm has released the completely customizable gaming rig, which they call the “Black Ops”, though that doesn’t make it any less impressive.

This newest assemble naturally adds the latest Core i7 processors as options, along with ATI 5970 graphics and Digital Storm’s own Sub-Zero Liquid Cooling System that promises to handle your over-clocked processors and graphics cards with ease.

You will also get your selection of four different, equally intimidating-looking chassis and a fairly generous three-year warranty (even on over-clocked machines). The prices obviously vary quite a bit depending on the configuration, except the standard “Extreme” rig will set you back $3,102.

It is so difficult to provide too much visual separation between tablet PCs with large, ebony bezels, however, this 8.9-inch multitouch tablet looks a lot like another – the recently announced 9.7-inch multi-touch tablet.

On the other hand, this one is relatively different with its inside packages – delivering “the web without compromise,” meaning full browser support with flash courtesy of Windows 7 on an Atom N270 at 1.6GHz, with 2GB of DDR2 memory and a 32GB SSD with SD expansion.

Those specifications do look familiar too and while we are not thinking this will deliver the sort of snappy performance seen on the iPad, it will certainly be a lot more…

Origin, the latest high-fashion gaming outfit, has just got on track in shipping its Genesis out.

The team over at Hot Hardware managed to procure a darn-near-loaded machine, complete with a Core i7-920 CPU (overclocked from the factory to 3.8GHz), 6GB of Corsair DDR3 RAM, twin ATI Radeon HD 5970 GPUs, a liquid cooling system, 80GB SSD boot drive and pretty much every other top-of-the-line element you could ever imagine.

It crushed every benchmark that dared get in its way. What is interesting is that the MSRP of the test unit can be halved by simply opting for a few marginally weaker pieces, and we are guessing that the overall performance would…

Are you into Lego? Here is something you can with your Lego bricks.

If you have some LEGO bricks around, you may transfer one of your devices into a fully functioning LEGO mod.

Luke Anderson decided to rebuild his router into a LEGO master piece which is modeled on a Linksys WRT54GL router.

“After I was happy with the design, I exported it to BrickLink to find a seller who had all the parts I needed. My order came to about $50, but I added some extra “just-in-case” parts which bumped the total to $60,” said Anderson.

Anderson’s step-by-step guide contains Creative Commons licensed design documents and assembly images which you can use to…
